Account and learning information
Account details, profile information, saved learning progress and preferences support sign-in and learning features. Information you submit can include messages, files, recordings, inspection photos and requests for generated content.
Messages and shared content
Messages and shared files are intended for the people in the conversation. Recipients may save or share what you send. Avoid sending passwords, payment credentials or information you do not have permission to share.
AI requests
Fine Academy uses the operator's external OpenAI account for AI features. Content submitted to those features may be sent to OpenAI for processing. Do not include sensitive information that is not necessary for your request.
Payment records
Payment services process checkout transactions. Fine Academy records payment references, status and credit or subscription information. Review the payment provider's privacy notice before entering payment details.
Phone recovery
The current recovery page uses Google Find Hub. Fine Academy does not request GPS permission or store device coordinates through that page. Google handles device registration, ownership verification and recovery under its own privacy terms. No Fine Academy Android companion is currently connected.
Preferences, advertising and external links
Browser storage supports sign-in and preferences such as language. Ads may appear for non-Premium users. Contact Fine Academy for details about advertising providers and available privacy choices. External links have their own privacy notices.
Privacy requests and retention
Contact Fine Academy to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or ask about retention. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. This policy does not promise a specific deletion timeline or replace your rights under applicable law.
